Exchanges and returns

At DrSupply, we understand that sometimes you need to return a product because it doesn’t meet your expectations. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After complying with our return policy, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, within 14 days. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible with text and images, so you can make the right choice. However, there may be slight variations in some materials. Please also keep in mind that the color of the product on your screen may vary due to your monitor settings.

Exchange order

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange ordered products. You can return your order in accordance with our right of withdrawal and reorder the desired products in our webshop. See our return policy below.

Return order

We strive to process returns within 14 days. However, they must meet the following conditions. If this is not the case, the return may be refused and returned to the buyer at their own expense.

Conditions for your return shipment

• Please ensure that the products are returned to us unused, sealed, in the original box and properly packaged within 14 business days.
• Prevent damage to the original packaging, especially for products with a limited shelf life, such as hygiene and custom-made products.
• If a product or packaging arrives damaged, we may reduce its value.
• Please treat our products with care. Because we don’t have a collection point, you can’t return items yourself. Please register your return using the form below so we can process it efficiently.
• Unregistered returns will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. So register quickly and easily!
