Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we’re not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is listed on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
Once you make a purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This contains your order number, which you can use to check the status of your purchase. Once your order is packaged and shipped, you’ll receive another email with details about your purchase. We recommend checking your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you haven’t received an email after one business day and you’ve checked your spam folder, please contact us immediately.
DrSupply Delivery Service
Orders placed with DrSupply before 5:00 PM in the Netherlands will be delivered the next business day, except to the Wadden Islands due to possible delays due to shipping. PostNL ensures safe and fast delivery. If you spend over €50 in our webshop, shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so no one can see what you’ve ordered. Only your delivery address is printed on the outside of the packaging.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be home on the delivery day. If you’re not home, the order will be retried multiple times, depending on the carrier. If you’re still not home, the delivery person will try to leave it with a neighbor or take it to a nearby collection point. The delivery person will always leave a note letting you know where your package is. DrSupply will deliver it to the collection point; after that, it’s your responsibility to collect it. Deliveries generally take place Tuesday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to carrier dependency.

In the Netherlands you can choose from the following delivery options:
Mailbox parcel with track and trace, so you can follow your order, for €4.75. Orders over €250 are shipped free within the Netherlands.
In Belgium the options are:
Mailbox parcel with track and trace for €9.95. Orders over €250 are shipped free within Belgium.
